FAQ
When will my wines be available?
Pickups are available only for 30 days from the release date. Shipments are sent a day or two after the initial charge.
These important dates will be outlined in a quarterly newsletter sent prior to each club selection.
Do I have to be home when my wines are delivered?
An adult signature is required for delivery. We recommend using a business address if possible, or a nearby UPS Customer Center.
If you'd like to change your shipping address on file, please log in or contact us in advance of your shipment.
Fees apply to shipments that need to be returned or rerouted.
Can I pick up my wines?
Skip the shipping fees by visiting the Tasting Room to pick up your wines! Selections must be collected within 30 days of the release date. After this time a reminder will be sent via email. Selections that are no longer available will be substituted when possible.
I don't like one or more of the wines in an upcoming shipment, can I make changes?
Bedell Cellars Club members can customize their quarterly selections, $150 minimum.
Just keep an eye out for those important dates as modifications to your account or wine selections must be made prior.
Do my discounts apply to online purchases?
Yes! Be sure to log in at the top of the shop pages to ensure your discount is applied to all bottle purchases.
The fine print.
We ask for a commitment of one year upon joining; a fee will be charged for early termination. We are happy to place your account on hold if needed. Your privacy is important to us! Your credit card information will never be shared, and is safeguarded by encrypted software.
