One of our Wine Club Members caught this 615 pound Bluefin Tuna yesterday off the coast of Montauk. We talk a lot about our terroir and maritime climate here on Long Island. Those elements of our region make it a great place to grow grapes, and hence our wines pair really well with local seafood. We'll have some yummy sashimi paired with Bedell Sauvignon Blanc! 🎣
