Join us for an intimate Cottage Dinner at Bedell featuring a menu by Chef Dana Minuta paired with wines by Marin Brennan. 

Chef Dana Minuta is a Culinary Institute of America–trained chef and Gramercy Tavern alum with over two decades of experience cooking for ultra-high-net-worth families on private estates, yachts, and destinations around the world. She is also the author of The Billionaire Kitchen, a cookbook and culinary memoir documenting her 20 years in private service. Known for her refined yet soulful farm-to-table cuisine, Dana creates intimate, seasonal dining experiences rooted in impeccable sourcing and thoughtful technique.
