She is also the author of The Billionaire Kitchen, a cookbook and culinary memoir documenting her 20 years in private service. Known for her refined yet soulful farm-to-table cuisine, Dana creates intimate, seasonal dining experiences rooted in impeccable sourcing and thoughtful technique.
