Taste White is a North Fork blend made using sustainably farmed, estate grown fruit, fermented with indigenous yeasts. The 2017 vintage was unique and exceptional. Ed McCarthy, the James Beard Award winning Author of Wine for Dummies, said “Taste White, [is] an intriguing blend, a terrific wine with very good depth, richness, and lots of flavor. Our hand selected clones of this ancient noble grape are producing stunning wines. Aged in older French oak barrels to preserve its elegance and finesse, this wine was fermented with indigenous yeasts using our sustainably farmed estate grapes. The 2016 vintage was unique and exceptional.
