2008 Musée
A blend of 87% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Petit Verdot, Musée is our flagship expression of quality, passion, and artistry. It is a transcendent, meticulously handcrafted blend that exemplifies and elevates the terroir of the North Fork of Long Island. Aromas of ripe plums, coffee, and earth wrap around flavors of cedar, bramble and fennel. Drink now or cellar it for 10-20 years to see it develop. Label features a daguerreotype of grapes specially commissioned by Bedell from renowned artist Chuck Close.

2009 Gallery
Gallery is our most opulent white blend of 65% Chardonnay, 22% Sauvignon Blanc, and 13% Viognier. Fermented and aged in French oak, this wine is round, creamy, and seductive with confectionary aromas of brioche and baked apples. The nose is ripe with sweet exotic notes of pineapple and lemongrass. Flavors of wild local flora such as chamomile, fragrant sumac and honeysuckle highlight our unique terroir. The finish is crisp, smooth, and long lasting due to its refreshing acidity and savory North Fork minerality. This rich and aromatic wine will pair well with a wide variety of foods. 2009 Taste Red
Bedell has taken the art of blending to a whole new level in this delicious, juicy red. Produced from Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Aromas of blueberries, boysenberries and violets with flavors of beach plums, blackberries and pomegranate. Aging for 12 months in older French oak barrels provides a soft, lush mouth-feel that ends with an earthy saline minerality found only on the North Fork. 2010 Taste Rosé

A blend of 62% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Franc, 7% Syrah, 4% Petit Verdot. Taste Rosé is the newest member of the Bedell family of wines. The wine's enchanting color is the result of a gentle whole-cluster pressing of grapes immediately after harvest, and the juice was fermented naturally using indigenous yeast. The result is a deeply aromatic and crisp Rosé with aromas of passion fruit, wild strawberry, and citrus. Internationally renowned artist Barbara Kruger created the label art exclusively for Bedell.

2007 BLANC de BLANCS

2010 Gewürztraminer
Year in and year out our Gewürztraminer is one of the most widely acclaimed aromatic white wines in the eastern U.S. Produced from 30-year-old vines fermented with indigenous yeast, this beautiful dry white features vivid aromas of rose petals, orange blossoms, honeysuckle and citrus surrounding thirst-quenching flavors of lychee, green tea and minerals. 2010 Cabernet Franc
This Cabernet Franc bottling makes a strong case that the 2010 vintage was perhaps the best ever for this variety. Black cherry, red raspberry, and dark currant aromas leap out of the glass. This is a luscious and supple red with the extraction and power to age for many years. Blended from all three of our estate vineyard sites and fermented with indigenous yeast.

2010 Syrah
Our first-ever Syrah bottling - a jewel of the outstanding 2010 vintage. Using the ancient method of combining red and white fruit, the wine is a blend of 90% Syrah and 10% Viognier that was hand-harvested from a single vineyard site and cofermented in small open topped vats using indigenous yeasts. Only 150 cases produced, 6-bottle purchase limit per person.

2010 Viognier

Our Viognier vines are some of the oldest in North America.
Though we are unable to produce a Viognier every season due
to crop variations, the 2010 vintage produced a nearly perfect
yield. This wine is summer in the glass with aromas of white peach,
honeysuckle and wet beach stones washing over flavors of apricots,
green gage plums and ripe honeydew melon. 100% Fermented and aged in stainless steel.

2009 Merlot
The 2009 vintage produced some of the most elegant red wines ever made on the North Fork and this is evident in our beautiful Estate Merlot. Made from some of the oldest Merlot vines in the U.S. the wine reveals local red fruit flavors of strawberries, dried cranberries and cherries coupled with the subtle aromas of red raspberry, herbs and beach stones. Aged for 10 months in older French barrels, the wine is perfectly balanced and finishes with refined whispers of vanilla and brown leather. A great example of Long Island's signature red wine.

2010 Chardonnay
This wine is a blend of six different plantings of Chardonnay with approximately 50% fermented in neutral
French oak and 50% in stainless steel. The barrels were topped with local beach stones during the course of fermentation. The result is a crisp, fresh Chardonnay with aromas of
lemons, white peaches and fragrant sumac surrounding flavors of apples, chamomile and lemon cream. Our signature saline minerality rounds out the mouthfeel.
