2006 BEDELL GALLERY
Five lots of Chardonnay were fermented in French oak barrels using primarily native yeast and un-inoculated fermentations, then blended with Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc, giving this wine its complexity and rich mid-palate. The nose is toasty and complex, with minerality, matchstick, lemon/lime tones and vanilla wafer. The rich, round mouthfeel is highlighted by citrus and Honeysuckle blossoms with oak weaved seamlessly throughout.

2006 TASTE WHITE
Internationally renowned artist Barbara Kruger created this print exclusively for the Bedell Cellars 2006 Artist Series White wine label. An aromatic, citrusy blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Gewürztraminer and Riesling, the wine like the label suggests the notion that taste can influence what we love, how we live and who we think we are.

2007 FIRST CRUSH RED
This is the debut vintage of the First Crush Red. It is produced of 56% Merlot and 44% Cabernet Franc, almost entirely in stainless steel. The nose is primary and full of bright, purple fruit aromas of crushed grapes, sweet plums, bing cherries and raspberry.

2007 First Crush White First Crush White is designed for the table and for the everyday enjoyment of white wine fans everywhere. Produced of 82% Chardonnay and 18% Viognier, entirely in stainless steel - free from oak aging. Full of bright, green apple-y aromas, as well as a floral, lightly spicy, and fresh citrus notes.

2006 Merlot
The excellent 2006 vintage produced a wine of the medium body and bright color. Full of intense balck plum, blackberry, briar, toast, cedar and a light vanilla note. There are very fine, medium tannins and a full mid-palate. Acidity is uplifting and refreshing balancing a dense core of red and black fruit flavors.

2007 GEWÜRZTRAMINER
Named Best Gewürztraminer in NYS for 4 consecutive years by the NY Wine and Grape Foundation. This spectacular blend has been crafted to accentuate the floral and lychee notes found in the Gewürztraminer grape. The nose showcases floral, peach and honeysuckle leading to a varietally specific oily middle palate and finish. A wonderful aperitif wine or a perfect companion to Thai, Cajun or anything with a hint of spice.
