FAQs about Events at Bedell Cellars and Corey Creek Vineyards
Do you host events and weddings?
We host private events, weddings, corporate tours, lunches, dinners and receptions.
How many people can you accommodate?
Up to 200 guests for dining and dancing at Bedell Cellars and up to 150 guests at Corey Creek.
Do you do wedding ceremonies as well as receptions?
We have 2 locations for ceremonies at Bedell Cellars and an area overlooking the vineyards at Corey Creek. There is no additional charge to have your ceremony at either location.
Do you have a minimum number of guests?
We welcome functions of all sizes at both locations with a maximum of 200 at Bedell and 150 at Corey Creek.
What is your site fee?
Depending on your event the site fees for both Bedell and Corey Creek range from $5000 to $15,000.
Are there time and noise restrictions?
We start all large functions from 5PM on. The noise ordinance is 10:30 PM and the music must stop by 11:00 P at Bedell Cellars and promptly at 10:30 PM at Corey Creek.
What does it cost to have a function at Bedell Cellars or Corey Creek?
There are so many variables when planning an event; especially a wedding. It would depend on the type of function event set up, day of the week and number of attendees. An average wedding for 150 guests on a Saturday evening would cost approximately $225-$350 per person. Corporate function prices vary from approximately $75-$250 per person depending on the type of event as well
When do you book events?
For events at Bedell Cellars requiring our outside areas including our pavilion and deck area, we book from May through September. All larger events at Corey Creek require a tent and we book events there from May through October. Smaller private, corporate and holiday events may be booked all year round at either location. Call for pricing and availability.
Do you allow hard alcohol to be served during functions?
Yes, hard alcohol is permitted to be served at any event held at Bedell Cellars or Corey Creek and must be arranged and served through one of our approved caterers. We supply beer, soft drinks, mixers, ice and water at a per person fee and wines are charged on consumption with no minimums and a 15% discount on all wine purchases related to the wedding.
Do you do private labels for events?
We are really proud of our wines and our labels and therefore do not do alternative private labels. We do however have great alternative ideas to personalize gifts and favors. Please see our “Special Gifts” and “Favors” sections of our website to make the gift giving personal and easy.
Do you do the catering or do you offer “catering packages”?
Bedell Cellars and Corey Creek do not prepare or provide food for events. We are strictly the winery and cannot be compared to a catering hall. We have a fantastic list of approved caterers for both Bedell Cellars and Corey Creek who will assist in making your event much more manageable, not to mention providing great food and professional service staff. We are happy to provide that list at any time. We also offer a terrific list of additional helpful and professional vendors once you have decided to book you event with us.
